2021 Fresh Crop - Just Landed! Sourced with care and responsibility by Royal Coffee NY. Tanzania Lyamungo is an Estate coffee owned and operated by Colombian born coffee producer Alejandro Galante. It is a 'AA' grade referring to the size and consistency of the coffee beans. 

Designated 'Traditional & Approachable' but may be a bit surprising. The flavor profile is distinct to this region of Tanzania; super clean cup with prominent caramel and citrus notes. We wanted to highlight the nuance that comes from the meticulous care given to this coffee by keeping the roast on the lighter side. During our test roasts we landed on a profile that emphasized the bright citrus and dark chocolate notes while providing adequate sweetness and diminishing sour, vegetal flavors that often accompany typical light roasts. 

This is a perfect coffee for pour over/drip or even a single origin espresso.
