Based on our popular flagship blend, Giant Oak, we’ve crafted Oak Palm to make a smooth, bold, naturally sweet and complex coffee that makes an amazing shot of espresso or a crowd-pleaser when filter-brewed. Designed to be enjoyed as a classic shot for one (a simple 2:1 ratio), or enjoyed with steamed milk. Properly foamed milk adds sweetness to the cup, expressing the complex flavors. It also makes an incredible french press.

When we think of bold, natural, and complex, we think of Radical Naturalist Florida painter and writer, Jim Draper. The paintings from Draper’s “Timucuan” series, perfectly captures the bold, natural, complex Florida landscapes and inspired us to make an iconic blend from the bold natural flavors of these coffees.
The painting “Oak and Palm at Tiger Point” especially captured the intent of this blend's predecessor, Giant Oak. Presenting enormous African flavors looming with the oaky earthiness of the Ethiopia and the bright, fruity, palm-sugar sweetness from the Tanzania.
Roasted to order
Coffee freshness matters. We roast every Wednesday based on our orders and send them out every Thursday so that your coffee is always the freshest roasted coffee in town.
