This single-origin Ethiopia Natural Sidamo Guji coffee has a bright and earthy sweetness that's brought forward by the light roast, giving it hints of floral, cereal-milk flavors like a traditional Arabic Qahwah with fruit-forward characteristics and medium body. The album "A Sufi and a Killer" by Gonjasufi matches this particular coffee and that magical birthplace of coffee, Ethiopia. This makes a compelling pour-over and a delightfully juicy and bright espresso shot.

Region
Grown in Sidamo, Ethiopia, Guji is a zone of the Oromia Region of Southern Ethiopia known for producing some amazing natural coffees at an elevation of 1700-1900 meters above sea level (MASL). This heirloom varietal is processed naturally on raised beds and sheltered from the elements, allowing air to flow on all sides of the fruit to control the drying process. Drying the coffee seed inside the fruit is what gives the coffee its distinct fruit-forward profile.
