About Finca Buenos Aires

Finca Buenos Aires is a 337 ha farm network and mill located in the golden belt of Salvadoran coffee farming on Ilamatepec, the volcano of Santa Ana. The operation is owned by Ricardo Kriete, a 4th generation coffee producer.

Like many of our previous El Salvadoran coffees Finca Buenos Aires is very smooth and rich low acid coffee, but is quite unique in the subtler notes. This coffee was chosen because we thought it would appeal to both camps: those seeking variety and nuance, and those seeking an easy drinking traditional profile. We recommend trying this as a single origin espresso, pour over, or even in a cold brew recipe.
